Wella

1. Using a 1:1 ratio, mix 60g of Koleston Perfect Hair Color with 60ml Welloxon Perfect Developer. For 3 levels of lift, use 12%. For 2 levels of lift, use 9%. For 1 level of lift, grey hair coverage or working on the same depth, use 6%. When working with same depth or darker, use 4%.
2. When applying heat, leave to develop for 15-20 minutes.
3. When applying without heat, leave to develop for 30-40 minutes.
4. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
