CHRISTMAS ORDER CUT OFF DATES
NEED YOUR ORDER IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS?
To avoid disappointment and ensure you receive your Haircare Group order before 25th December please refer to the the order cut off dates detailed below:
Metro customers:
Please place your orders before COB Friday, 15th December to allow for processing and shipping times.
Regional & Remote customers:
For estimated delivery times to your area, we recommend checking transit times and ordering accordingly.
WAREHOUSE CHRISTMAS OPENING & CLOSING TIMES
Our warehouse teams will be busy processing your orders up until COB Thursday 21st December.
Closing for Christmas, our warehouse will recommence operations on Wednesday 27th December 2023, before closing for the New Year public holidays and recommencing in 2024 on Tuesday, 2nd January (AU) and Wednesday, 3rd January (NZ).
Our team will be working around the clock to get your orders packed, but we do anticipate some delays in transportation during this peak period.
ORDERS PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
Orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of acceptance. Whilst we will always do our best to process your order as quickly as possible, minor delays may occur during peak periods, sales and promotions.
DELIVERY SERVICE
Products are only available for delivery in Australia. Haircare Group uses the services of Australia Post, Startrack and other local third parties to deliver to you and accordingly, accepts no responsibility for late delivery, or your failure to receive products which have been dispatched by Haircare Group. StarTrack Couriers' standard operating hours are from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
SHIPPING TIMES
Shipping times will vary depending upon your nominated delivery address. Please allow between 2-5 business days for metropolitan delivery and 2-10 days to regional and remote destinations. Shipping transit times quoted are typical but can vary due to factors outside our control and that of the carrier.
Delivery FEES BASED ON YOUR LOCATION
The amount of delivery charges payable by you will depend upon the postcode of delivery, and will be charged to you in full at the time your order is placed. Please see the table below for further details.

DELIVERY TRACKING
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email from Startrack with your tracking number. You can click on the tracking number link in that email which will take you through to the Startrack Track and Trace portal, or you can enter the tracking number from the email on the Startrack website.

When your order arrives we will require a signature with delivery. This means that the courier needs you to sign for your package unless you select the Authority to Leave option when placing your order online. By selecting the Authority to Leave option you are authorising the courier to then leave the parcel somewhere safe if no one is at the address at the time of delivery.
