  4. Once you’ve finalised your order, you can view your items at the checkout to review, add or adjust quantities.

    You’ll also receive an email from Startrack with your delivery tracking number, this will give you real-time updates on your order’s delivery status.

Using your cart as a wishlist is a great way to order what you need when you need it, or use as a virtual shopping list. Simply add or remove products to your cart and log off at any time to come back later to checkout or revise. 

Here’s how to use your cart as a shopping wishlist; 

  1. Sign in to your account 
  2. Browse the online shop and once you have decided on what you would like to order.
  3. Add products to your cart and leave them there until you’re ready to checkout.
  4. Once all your items are available and ready to purchase, procced to checkout & payment.

How do I access my Haircare Group account online?

  1. Sign in using your Haircare Group account details.
  2. If you don't have an account, apply online by filling in a new customer form.
  3. Forget your username? Simply contact our customer service team for assistance. 


How do I pay my account online?

  1. Sign in to your account
  2. Navigate to My Account > Unpaid invoices
  3. Select ‘Saved card or select ‘New card,’ then select card type, and enter your credit or debit card details in the fields provided.
  4. Click ‘Make a Payment’ button at the bottom of the screen. 
  5. You will be redirected to a payment confirmation page


Can I pay my trading account invoices online?


Yes, you can pay your trading account invoices online.

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Navigate to My Account  
  3. Under Account Balances option, select Unpaid Invoices, and then the individual invoice/s to pay
  4. Click on the Pay Now link. 

Returns

 

Here to help you with your returns as quickly and as easily as possible, here’s what you do if you need to return an item*; 
 
I’ve received the wrong item 
 
1. Notify us within seven days of receiving your order 
2. We will send the correct item to you straight away 
3. We will arrange for the incorrect item to be collected from you free of charge 
  
I’ve received a damaged item 
 
1. Notify us within seven days of receiving your order 
2. Send us a picture of the damaged item/s 
3. We will send a replacement to you straight away 
4. We will advise what to do with the damaged item 
  
I haven’t received something I ordered 
 
1. Notify us within seven days of receiving your order 
2 Send us a picture of your order and we'll investigate 
3. We will update you and send a replacement or arrange a refund if there's an error.

Who can buy from Haircare Group? 
 
To purchase from Haircare Group, you must be a professional hairdresser or beauty therapist. If you don't have a Haircare Group account, apply online.

How much does delivery cost and where do you deliver? 
 
Delivery fees are location-based and automatically added at checkout based on your postcode.

How long will my order take to arrive?

  • For metro areas: 2-5 business days
  • Regional & remote areas: 2-10 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Can I ship to multiple addresses? 
 
By creating an account, you can store multiple addresses for future orders. However, you cannot split an order to be shipped to multiple addreses. You will need to seperate your orders if you need items shipped to multiple addresses.
