Wella

1. Using a 1:2 ratio, mix 1 part Color Touch Hair Color with 2 parts Color Touch Emulsion 1.9% or 4%. 
2. When applying heat, leave to develop for 15 minutes.
3. When applying without heat, leave to develop for 20 minutes.
4. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
