Lakmé k.blonde Compact Bleaching Powder Cream offers extremely active bleaching with a homogeneous, stable and non-volatile formula that prevents powder rinsing into air while mixing. This powder-cream contains strong bleaching agents that achieve a greater level of lightening while respecting the hair fibres. Added Wheat Germ Proteins provide an excellent level of hydration and moisture, while adding body and softening the hair for long-lasting condition.
