Bottle Blonde

1. Using a 1:2 ratio, mix Powder Lightener with your choice of Hue-Verse 6.5V, 10V, 20V, 30V or 40V Cream Developer, depending on desired level of lift. 
2. Powder Lightener can be applied on scalp, off scalp or with foils. 
3. Leave to develop for up to 45 minutes. 
4. Rinse thoroughly.
