Keune Curl Pre-Treatment deeply conditions the hair in preparation for a forming service. This soft, nourishing spray features Cationactive Keratin to reinforce the hair’s durability while evening its porosity, priming the hair for an effective Curl Lotion application. Although suitable for all hair types this treatment is especially beneficial for bleached, highlighted or porous hair. Keune

1. Cleanse the hair with a mild shampoo then towel dry.
2. Spray porous hair with Keratin Curl Pre-Treatment.
3. Determine required lotion strength: 0 for strong, difficult to perm hair, 1 for normal hair, and 2 for porous, tinted and fragile hair.
4. Wrap rods with desired technique.
5. Apply sufficient lotion to each rod, starting from the nape. Total processing time should be determined through a test curl. No. 0: 7-20 minutes depending on heat and/or cap application. No. 1: 6-18 minutes depending on heat and/or cap application. No. 2: 4-13 minutes depending on and/or cap application.
6. After processing, perform a test curl.
7. Rinse hair thoroughly with warm water for a minimum of 5 minutes, leaving the rods in.
8. Gently pat dry using a paper towel.
9. Apply 2/3 of Keratin Curl Neutralizer to the rods and process for 5 minutes.
10. Gently remove the rods and apply the remainder of the Neutralizer, then process for another 5 minutes.
11. Rinse hair thoroughly and condition with Keratin Curl After Perm Conditioner.
