OLAPLEX No.5 Curl Bond Shaper™ Hydrating Curl Conditioner is a professional conditioning treatment formulated for the unique structural complexity of coily, curly, and wavy hair. Where traditional conditioners address surface-level softness, this formula works at a molecular level via patented 3D Bond Shaper™ Technology, reinforcing disulfide bonds from six connection points simultaneously to deliver clinically proven strength and defined curl structure from the first application.
Targeting dry, treated, and natural hair types prone to dryness, damage and breakage, and frizz, this conditioner provides multi-dimensional care that eliminates the need for layered product routines. Hydra-Define Technology™ employs a positively charged hyaluronic acid complex to neutralise points of damage, smoothing the cuticle and forming a lightweight, water-repelling seal that locks in hydration and repels humidity. This is proven to reduce frizz by 50% in a single use, with 7-day hydration sustained when used as part of the No.4 Curl + No.5 Curl system.
The formula's Oil Mesh Network binds shine-boosting, manageability-enhancing oils directly to the hair cuticle, while a Natural Silicone Alternative, derived from rich olive oil, provides superior slip and surface protection without the use of conventional silicones. A Natural Oil Blend of avocado and sunflower oils further imparts softness and definition. The luxe, butter-soft cream texture ensures instant detangling and high-slip application, ideal for managing curl and coil patterns of any porosity level.
Designed for professional salon backbar use, No.5 Curl is colour-safe, Trichologist approved and dermatologist tested. Rinse out after 1–3 minutes; not intended for use as a leave-in.
