  1. Depending on desired level of lightening and consistency, mix Blondor Multi Blonde Powder with Welloxon Perfect Developer or Color Touch Emulsion in a ratio of 1:1.5 or 1:2 in a non-metallic bowl.
  2. The lower the concentration of activator, the gentler the lightening process. If there is contact with the scalp, use a 6% activator as a maximum.
  3. Apply mixture evenly to unwashed hair. 
  4. Developing time depends on the condition of the hair and desired level of lift. Carefully check every 5-10 minutes during the process. Do no proceed further if adverse reaction occurs during the treatment. Total development time should not exceed 50 minutes.
  5. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
