  1. Shake well before use.
  2. Spray liberally through mid-lengths and ends of freshly washed, damp hair.
  3. Comb through to detangle and distribute the product.
  4. Blow-dry or leave to dry as normal.

Perfecting Primer can be layered with other Philip Kingsley prep products to build the foundation for the perfect blow-dry. Layer and build the spray throughout styling so the hair remains malleable. Use a large radial brush to create volume.
