MORTAL KOMBAT X EVO
Inspired by the popular video game franchise, the new Mortal Kombat blockbuster is making waves across the globe. The cinematic masterpiece is the largest screen production ever made in South Australia which is a testament to Australia’s inspiring locations.
The film’s genre is action mixed with sci-fi portrayed through a diverse international cast of actors from multiple industries including film, television, and martial arts.
As all creatives know, hair styling is a vital component in character creation and development as it aids in telling the story and bringing a vision to life. Involved in this process for Mortal Kombat was proudly owned South Australian company; evo, who supplied the production team with hair styling products including Shebang-a-bang and Box o’ bollox.
Shebang-a-bang is a dry spray wax that creates pliable texture with separation and movement, whilst Box o’ bollox creates structured looks that remain in place. A perfect pair of products that can be used in a variety of ways and were suitable for the looks created in Mortal Kombat.
