Keune Hair Straightener restores the natural structure of curly hair, leaving it smooth and manageable. Formulated for use without a straightening iron, this straightening cream uses a combination of Phyto Keratin and Silk Protein to soften and smooth hair for a beautiful, shiny finish. This treatment pack includes Hair Straightener and Fixing Balm, with no additional products required for neutralisation. Hair Straightener is recommended for use on naturally fine to resistant hair, as well as colour-treated hair in good condition.   1. Keune Design Protein Spray can be used as an optional pre-treatment.
  2. Apply Hair Straightener to dry or towel-dried hair. Only cleanse the hair if it is very oily or dirty.
  3. Apply with a brush, strand by strand, starting at the nape. Keep Hair Straightener at least 0.5cm/0.2in from the scalp.
  4. Comb through carefully.
  5. Leave to process for 5-20 minutes, depending on the structure of the hair. Never exceed maximum processing time. Use a comb from time to time to check whether the hair stays straight. Do not cover hair during the processing time.
  6. After processing is complete, straighten the hair by combing strand by strand, using a wide tooth comb. Do not pull the hair. Straightening should not exceed 5 minutes.
  7. Rinse the hair thoroughly with warm water for at least 5 minutes until all the cream has been removed, then towel dry.
  8. Apply Fixing Balm evenly to the hair by carefully combing through, then leave to process for 10 minutes.
  9. Add a little warm water and massage the Fixing Balm with fingertips from the scalp through the hair.
  10. Rinse hair thoroughly until all Fixing Balm has been removed.
