This blonde toning spray contains blue and violet pigments to strip away warm, yellow tones to reveal cool, ashy shades.     Its Silk Protein base boosts condition and shine, increasing the hair's manageability. Neutralizing Spray can be used as a pre-toner before Keune Color applications, or as a stand-alone toner to take the edge off freshly lightened hair. This spray is perfect for refreshing blonde tones between colour appointments to help the client maintain ashy hues. 1. For an even application, apply Neutralizing Spray to towel-dried hair in sections. For a more intense result, apply to dry hair.
2. Starting at the nape area, apply to 2-inch deep sections.
3. Spray throughout then comb through for even saturation. Keep the spray bottle at a consistent distance from the hair to avoid uneven results. 
4. Continue in this way until all pieces are saturated. There is no processing time with this product. 
5. For a more intense result, apply another layer over the first. For a softer finish, rinse out of hair before drying.
