Keune Keratin Curl Neutralizer is formulated for use with the Keratin Curl Lotion and Keratin Volume Root Boost Gel to reform the broken disulfide bonds and fix the hair into a fresh, curl pattern. Curl Neutralizer features Cationactive Keratin to reinforce the strength and durability of the hair structure while evening its porosity. Suitable for use on all hair types, Keratin Curl Neutralizer by Keune will leave hair nourished, shiny and soft after the perming process.

Keune

1. Cleanse the hair with a mild shampoo then towel dry.
2. Spray porous hair with Keratin Curl Pre-Treatment.
3. Determine required lotion strength: 0 for strong, difficult to perm hair, 1 for normal hair, and 2 for porous, tinted and fragile hair.
4. Wrap rods with desired technique.
5. Apply sufficient lotion to each rod, starting from the nape. Total processing time should be determined through a test curl. No. 0: 7-20 minutes depending on heat and/or cap application. No. 1: 6-18 minutes depending on heat and/or cap application. No. 2: 4-13 minutes depending on and/or cap application.
6. After processing, perform a test curl.
7. Rinse hair thoroughly with warm water for a minimum of 5 minutes, leaving the rods in.
8. Gently pat dry using a paper towel.
9. Apply 2/3 of Keratin Curl Neutralizer to the rods and process for 5 minutes.
10. Gently remove the rods and apply the remainder of the Neutralizer, then process for another 5 minutes.
11. Rinse hair thoroughly and condition with Keratin Curl After Perm Conditioner.
